Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Hoxi.net (hoxi.net) — managed web hosting, the customer panel, and domain search / checkout. By creating an account or paying for a service you agree to them. Questions: help@hoxi.net.

The service

We provide shared hosting on assigned nodes: websites, SSL, files, databases, FTP, cron, and backups within your plan limits. You do not receive root, aaPanel, or SSH access. Resource limits on the plan page are contractual.

Domain search and checkout is a storefront. Hoxi.net is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. After payment, staff register the name at an upstream registrar and set our nameservers. Until status is Active, the name is not yours at the registry.

Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on the account. We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, unpaid invoices, or false information. Google sign-in, when enabled, is optional; you remain bound by these terms either way.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hoxi.net for:

• Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, or attacking other networks
• Unlicensed copyrighted material, CSAM, or other illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, or bulk scanning
• Content that we reasonably judge as a threat to other customers or the node

We may take a site offline without notice when this policy is broken. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Payments and renewals

Hosting and domains are prepaid. Plans activate only after payment is confirmed (crypto, wallet, gift code, or manual review). Unused resources do not roll over. Domain prices shown at checkout undercut the lowest live quote we found by $2, with a $0.99 floor; the charge is the amount on the order, not a later screenshot from another shop.

Content and backups

You own the content you upload. You grant us the right to store, copy, and move it as needed to host the site. Backups are best-effort. You should keep your own copy of important files and databases.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or downtime beyond a reasonable service-credit discussion for a paid period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a notice on the site or by email counts as acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request cancellation.
