Privacy policy

Hoxi.net (hoxi.net) collects only what we need to run hosting, billing, and support. Contact help@hoxi.net for access or deletion requests.

What we collect

• Account name, email, and password hash (or Google account id if you use Google sign-in)
• Plan, orders, wallet balance, and payment confirmations (crypto tx hash, last4 for cards)
• Site hostnames, DNS checks, job logs, and support tickets
• IP address and basic device data for security and abuse prevention
• WHOIS contact you submit when buying a domain (name, address, email, phone)

Node API keys are encrypted at rest. We do not put server credentials in the browser. We do not sell your personal data.

Google sign-in

If the owner enables Google login, Google shares your email and name with us so we can create or open your Hoxi.net session. We do not get your Google password. You can disconnect Google by using email/password instead and asking support to unlink the social login.

Who we share with

• Hosting nodes (aaPanel) to create sites, SSL, files, and databases
• Upstream domain registrars when fulfilling a paid domain order
• On-chain explorers when you ask us to verify a crypto payment
• Law enforcement when legally required

Cookies

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a local theme preference. If the owner enables Google Analytics or ads, those vendors may set their own cookies on public pages. You can ask us to turn them off.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while the account is open and for a reasonable period after closure for invoices, abuse, and legal holds. Backups on the node follow the retention setting in admin.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the panel. For a copy or deletion of personal data, email help@hoxi.net. Hosting files can be deleted by removing the website. See also Terms and Refunds.
